In addition to being a nationally ranked equestrian in her spare time, Dale spent her previous years advising clients from both large and small agency settings, which is what inspired her to co-found Command Collective.
She’s spearheaded communications strategies spanning a variety of industries within the luxury lifestyle and goods sectors, with a specialty in anything and everything to do with the built environment - from residential and commercial real estate to architecture, interior design, and hospitality.
Dale has applied her fresh thinking and fearless approach to numerous iconic brand launches, installations and property openings, where she stood at the forefront of creating and bringing each project’s media relations strategies to life through targeted press opportunities, events, programming and partnerships.
When it comes to real estate, Dale has worked with an impressive roster of clients, from ultra-luxury condominiums, mid market rentals and bespoke single-family homes, to major brokerage firms, property managers and developers.
Some of the industry heavyweights she’s worked with before include interior designer Paris Forino, architecture firm Issac & Stern, Silverback Development, Elad Group, Dezer Development, and BRAVO’s Million Dollar Listing television show stars Fredrik Eklund and the Eklund|Gomes Team. She’s also worked on trophy new developments including The Beekman Residences, 75 Kenmare, 50 Clinton, 100 Norfolk, One West End, 108 Leonard, 22 Central Park South and River Park Brooklyn in NYC, as well as Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa in Miami.
